Why invest in a TerraSassa puppy?
I welcome prospective puppy buyers to complete my application so I can learn more about their goals, lifestyle, and what they are looking for in a French Bulldog. My ideal homes are those that value health, temperament, structure, and responsible ownership as much as I do.
Every TerraSassa litter is carefully planned with a focus on health, temperament, structure, and preservation of the French Bulldog breed. Puppies are raised inside my home where they receive individualized attention, daily handling, and carefully planned developmental experiences from birth through placement.
I believe my relationship with puppy families extends far beyond the day a puppy goes home. I enjoy staying in touch with TerraSassa families, following their dogs’ progress, celebrating accomplishments, and serving as a resource throughout their dog’s lifetime.
My goal is not simply to place puppies, but to provide each puppy with the strongest possible foundation for a successful life with its new family.
TerraSassa Puppy Holding Fee
A $500 nonrefundable holding fee is required once you have been offered and accepted a specific puppy.
Holding fees are typically accepted when puppies are between 6 and 8 weeks of age, after evaluations have been completed and placement decisions have been made. At that time, you will know exactly which puppy has been selected for your home.
The holding fee secures your puppy and is applied toward the final purchase price.
Prices listed below reflect the total purchase price of the puppy and do not include the holding fee.
TerraSassa Puppy Price
TerraSassa French Bulldog puppies are typically priced between $3,000 and $5,000.
Pricing varies based on pedigree, individual evaluation, temperament, structure, and placement considerations. Companion puppies and show prospects may be priced differently.
The puppy prices listed reflect the total purchase price and do not include the $500 holding fee described above.
Every TerraSassa puppy includes AKC registration (limited or full registration as agreed upon), a veterinary examination, age-appropriate vaccinations, routine deworming, health records, written puppy care information, and lifetime breeder support.
TerraSassa Puppy Development Program
By the time TerraSassa puppies leave for their new homes, they have been introduced to:
• Crate Training – Puppies are introduced to crate meals, quiet time, and calmly waiting for release.
• Engagement & Attention – Puppies learn that people, training sessions, and rewards are worth paying attention to and that learning is fun.
• Barrier & Threshold Training – Puppies practice waiting politely at gates, kennel doors, and pen openings.
• Basic Commands – Puppies are introduced to sit, down, stand, recall, and early impulse-control exercises.
• Grooming & Handling – Puppies experience baths, nail trims using both clippers and a Dremel, ear cleaning, face wipes, and routine handling.
• Leash Introduction – Puppies are introduced to wearing and walking with a leash.
• Potty Area Foundations – Puppies are started on using a designated tray and pad area within their living space.
• Socialization & Enrichment – Puppies experience novel surfaces, tunnels, enrichment activities, carefully managed introductions to adult dogs, and age-appropriate outings.
Advanced Puppy Skills Program
Pre-Approval Required – $300 per Week (12–16 Weeks)
While most TerraSassa puppies leave for their new homes between 10 and 12 weeks of age, some families may choose to extend their puppy’s stay for additional development and training. Puppies enrolled in this program remain integrated into my household and continue participating in daily socialization, enrichment, and age-appropriate training activities.
During this additional time, puppies continue progressing in their crate training, potty training foundations, leash introduction, grooming acceptance, and household manners. They receive additional exposure to new environments, novel experiences, and confidence-building activities designed to support a smooth transition into family life.
This extended time also allows me to further reinforce engagement skills, basic commands, impulse control, and appropriate interactions around food, toys, and daily routines. Puppies continue receiving regular handling, nail trims, ear cleaning, and routine care while developing the skills and confidence needed for success in their new homes.
Puppies participating in this program must be paid in full prior to the start of the extended stay. Additional veterinary services, vaccinations, health certificates, or other age-appropriate care required during the extended stay are the responsibility of the buyer.
Pickup, Extended Stays & Boarding
TerraSassa puppies are typically ready to join their new families between 10 and 12 weeks of age. All puppies must be paid in full by 12 weeks and 4 days of age, as outlined in the purchase agreement.
I understand that vacations, travel plans, and scheduling conflicts occasionally arise. When arranged in advance, puppies may remain at TerraSassa for up to two weeks beyond their scheduled pickup date at no additional charge.
For stays extending beyond two weeks, a boarding fee of $200 per week will apply. Owners are responsible for any additional veterinary expenses incurred during the extended stay, including examinations, vaccinations, health certificates, or other age-appropriate care required before the puppy goes home.
I also offer limited boarding for TerraSassa puppies and dogs that I have bred. Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, I am happy to care for your dog when space permits. Boarding arrangements must be made in advance and are generally limited to stays of two weeks or less. Extended boarding stays may be available by special arrangement.
An Extended Stay & Boarding Agreement may be required for puppies or dogs remaining in my care beyond their scheduled pickup date. This agreement outlines boarding fees, veterinary care, emergency authorization, and other important details to ensure the well-being of your dog while in my care.
